The following conditions apply:

From an order value of 20€ no shipping costs will be charged for deliveries within Germany.
If the order value is less than 20€, the shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are 5,90€.

2. delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within approx. 1-3 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping is carried out by DHL.

Consequences of withdrawal

We may refuse to refund you for goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received these goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent these goods back, whichever is the earliest.

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
